Description
The grapes used to make this mature Malvasia are harvested later, in the second half of September. The fermentation, along with the subsequent aging of wine on its own yeasts, takes place over several months in wooden barrique barrels.
The wine is distinguished by a bright yellow tone and an intense, pleasant aroma of vanilla and the typical Malvasia note of acacia flowers.
It is a dry, warm and mellow, full-bodied wine with a pronounced minerality.
