Description
Greenish-yellow in color with greenish reflections on the edges. Pronounced aromas of quince, pear, asparagus and green pepper with a slight addition of elderflower, lime and lemon zest. A wine with a pronounced herbal and minerality, dominated by ripe quince and lime on the palate, rounded off with a mild and pleasant bitterness of yellow grapefruit.
