Description
This wine is made from Plavac mali grapes from organic, steep terraced vineyards on the southern slopes of the Pelješac peninsula.
Fermentation is spontaneous using only indigenous yeasts, and aging takes place in large wooden barrels made of Slavonian oak. The wine is unfiltered and with minimal amounts of sulfites.
The taste is rich, with aromas of dark fruit and herbal notes. Elegant and with great potential for aging.
