Description
Wine produced from the indigenous Plavac mali grape variety, entirely hand-picked. The first single-vineyard wine from the Stina collection comes from our best site, which consistently impresses with the quality of its grapes. It is characterized by a rich bouquet with concentrated aromas of dark fruit and spicy notes. Extractive and full-bodied, with mature tannins, surprising freshness, and a long finish. The Stipancic vineyard, located on extremely steep slopes reaching over 400 meters above sea level, faces south, exposed to intense sunlight while nighttime temperatures can drop up to 10 degrees lower. All these specificities are reflected in the wine’s unique flavor, where the fruit aromas are perfectly preserved.
