Description
Sv. Roko is a Plavac Mali from our Sv. Roko vineyard in the young Komarno vineyard, known for its good winds and rocky soil, and the excellent freshness of Plavac Mali. It is aged for 8-12 months in French oak barriques and large concrete tanks. Along with the aromas of plum and cherry, there are typical aromas of wild Dalmatian herbs and vanilla. Excellent with oily fish, and aged cheeses, cow’s milk and sheep’s milk.
