Description
A premium Malvasia that comes from one of the last preserved vineyards of indigenous Istrian Malvasia on red soil. Montiron retains the freshness and drinkability of young Malvasia, but also provides the seriousness of those aged for a long time. This is partly a result of the age of the vineyard, partly due to the aging in barrique barrels, and partly due to the fact that each bunch is hand-picked and processed. Montiron is our flagship white, a regular favorite of Croatian sommeliers and those who are looking for a “more serious” face from Malvasia.
