Description
Hubert Williams Pear Brandy is made from Williams pears. The brandy has a mild, intense aroma typical of the Williams variety and a rounded, balanced taste that is very smooth. By hand-picking the finest fruits, carefully controlling fermentation, and double distilling in copper stills, excellent quality is achieved. It matures for at least two years in stainless steel tanks.
The alcohol content of the brandy is 40% vol. It is served as an aperitif, best chilled at a temperature of 10–12°C.
