Description
Hubert Plum Brandy is made from the finest brandy plums. It has a ruby-red color, a refined floral and vanilla aroma, and a full-bodied taste with pronounced tannins from the oak barrels in which it matures for at least three years. It is traditionally produced in copper stills through double distillation following an old, proven family recipe. The brandy matures in barrels made of 100-year-old oak.
The alcohol content of the brandy is 42% vol. It is served as a digestif at a temperature of 16–18°C.
