Description
Strong in aroma and taste, with notes of arugula, citrus, flowers, pine nuts and chilli pepper. Extremely bitter, spicy and perfectly balanced. Ideal with: mature and aged cheeses, oily fish dishes such as tuna and sardines, octopus or squid dishes, truffle or lamb specialties, pasta with game, and chocolate desserts with almonds or hazelnuts. Also goes well with vanilla ice cream.
