Debit is a staple in our area. A testament to its rich past and quality is the fact that it was once used as a currency, hence the name Debit. It reflects the soil characteristics of Plastovo exceptionally well with its minerality. The wine is fresh and bright, bone dry and bursts with aromas of citrus and chamomile rounded with the salinity and flavors of the sea and limestone.
