Description
This is the first rosé from the Adzic winery to hit the market. It is unusual and not at all like our traditional rosé wines, but it is not like a Provençal rosé either. As Antun Adzic himself said; if we are going to make a rosé, let it be different, let it have our signature. Like all other wines from this winery, it is made with indigenous yeasts exclusively from grapes originating from the Mitrovac location. It is a very “food friendly” rosé made from Zweigelt and Pinot Gris.
