Description
Griffin Rosé is an exceptionally sophisticated and elegant sparkling wine from the Griffin winery, made primarily from the Portugizac grape. This Brut sparkling wine is characterized by its freshness, richness of flavor, and fine bubbles.
Aroma: The nose is rich and complex, with pronounced red berry fruit notes such as strawberry, raspberry, and currant, typical for rosé sparkling wines. Alongside the fruit aromas, subtle nuances from carefully aged lees provide gentle bread and bakery scents, as well as delicate spice notes. Light minerality adds depth and freshness.
Taste: On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and exceptionally well-balanced. Red berry notes are echoed on the palate, complemented by an elegant creamy texture from aging on the lees. The sparkling wine is lively, with fine bubbles adding extra lightness and drinkability, while the long finish leaves a dry, fresh aftertaste with a hint of minerality.
