Description
STEP PINOT BLACK old vines Cimbuscak 2021 – The 2021 harvest was marked by drought and extremely high temperatures, which resulted in low yields, but exceptionally concentrated grapes. This Pinot Noir, obtained from old vines, shows unusual potency for the variety, is full-bodied, with a stronger structure and pronounced, but ripe tannins. Earthy notes dominate, with pronounced fruitiness that lingers on the palate. The wine exudes power and seriousness, but retains the elegance of the variety, making it an excellent choice for aging or pairing with more complex dishes.
