Description
After a long break, Adzic Winery has Pinot Noir back in its offer. We appreciate in this wine that it proves that not all Pinot Noirs from the plains are overripe and jammy. Although the aromas are on the somewhat darker spectrum and reminiscent of black berries, the wine has the famous Pinot complexity, dull herbalism and those unusual aromas of forest floor and game meat for which it is famous in the wine world. The tannins are low and have softened completely since 2018. The alcohols are slightly pronounced – according to the above values for the classic style of Pinot Noir – and for this reason we believe that the domestic wine audience will love it immensely.
