Tomac’s Diplomat is a premium sparkling wine from the heart of Croatia, vinified using the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise). Made from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Plavec yellow i, it matures on the fine lees for several years, lending it exceptional complexity and finesse.
The nose reveals elegant aromas of brioche, roasted nuts, citrus fruits, and white flowers. On the palate, it is complex, with precise perlage, fine minerality, and balanced acidity. The finish is long and harmonious – a sparkling wine of international stature that impressively reflects the potential and uniqueness of the Croatian wine landscape.
