Description
Wine produced from the indigenous Plavac mali grape variety, entirely hand-picked. The wine displays an intense dark red color, with a pronounced bouquet of ripe black fruits such as plums, blueberries, blackberries, and sour cherries. The palate is enriched with flavors of red berries, dried cherries, plums, and Mediterranean herbs. It pairs excellently with richer dishes, such as game meat, grilled red meats, Dalmatian pashticada, or aged cheeses.
