This 100% Chardonnay from our vineyard in Radovani is the best indicator of the richness of the Istrian terroir. It is aged for 12 months in new Burgundy barriques, but retains the aromatic character of a true Istrian Chardonnay. This is a wine that you can serve after a red, whose character wins every battle.
